Pulp and Paper Technical Association of Canada (hereinafter referred to as PAPTAC) is located at 6300 Ave Auteuil, suite 440, Brossard, QC, Canada, J4Z 3P2. PAPTAC owns and administers the website www.paperweek.ca.
This Agreement (the “Agreement”) sets out the terms and conditions for accessing and using www.paperweek.ca. In no event shall PAPTAC be liable for any loss or damage arising from its failure to protect your User ID, password or account information.
PAPTAC expressly disclaims any and all liability for the acts, omissions or conduct of any third-party user of www.paperweek.ca and shall in no event be liable for any, losses, damages (including special, incidental or consequential damages) or costs arising in any way from the acts, omissions or conduct of any third party; and (ii) the use or inability to use anything, software, content, goods or services of a site or off.
